  1. Whit Blakeley
    Whit combines his 30 years of coaching executives from Fortune 500 to emerging companies and Private Equity firms to his unwavering commitment to service quality and high level support. In addition, Whit serves on several for profit and not-for-profit Boards and is also the CEO and founder of Georgia's first private equity fund dedicated to investing in independent films and digital media.
  2. Jacqueline Tyser
    Jacqueline is the Senior Managing Consultant and combines a 20 year career in Human Resources with BellSouth and extensive consulting with ODR in Human Performance Development to major corporations. Jacqueline has distinguished herself with CMR for her direct style of coaching, training, communications and organization skills since 2008.
  3. Michaela Myers
    Michaela is a Senior Performance Coach and group facilitator for CMR, in addition she oversees client development, special events, research and the network referral database. She is a high energy organizer and trainer, and brings 20 years experience with Fortune 100 companies in business development and project management overseeing large transition and integration programs for groups of up to 3000 employees in the United States.

What we do...and do not do

It is important to note that we are not a recruiting or placement firm, and we do not accept unsolicited resumes or bios unless you have been referred by a previous client or a corporate client that we have worked with in the past.

Our fees are paid by companies generally, and we only work with an individual who is an executive or senior manager, and has been referred to us. We are limited professionally in charging an individual. Should we choose to work with an individual who we feel we can help, we charge on a per session basis only.
